I decided to try a private Yin yoga class with Joanne, as I struggle with mobility in my shoulders as I generally go to the gym and lift weights. I didn't think yoga would suit me, however, from the first session I could see the benefits. The following day after sessions my shoulder does not have the same pain.


Joanne is brilliant, I have taken part in private and semi private sessions, she gives attention to detail, and her classes are just the right mix of work out and relaxation. I generally tell her what I want from the session and she will plan accordingly. She is great if you're conscious in a full class in a studio, you can have the same experience but in your own home.
